My name is June Dee Stone but I simply use “June Dee” for my professional real estate career. I specialize in representing my clients in the purchase and sale of full time residences, vacation homes, land parcels & income property in Tuolumne County. I currently belong to both the Hetch Hetchy and Tuolumne County Board of Realtors and serve as a Director on the Hetch Hetchy Board. In addition, I am a member of the Yosemite Gateway Chamber of Commerce and I am currently enrolled in the Realtor Institute and will graduate in 5 months with my GRI designation. My board memberships allow me to represent buyer and sellers in all of Tuolumne County that includes Pine Mountain Lake, Groveland, Sonora, Jamestown, Twain Harte areas better known as the Highway 120 and Highway 108 corridors.
Prior to moving to Groveland I spent 25 successful years in almost all capacities of management in the telecommunication industry in Silicon Valley, San Ramon & San Francisco. During this time I was very active in my homeowners association and affiliated with many organizations and charity events. After my husband retired from the City of San Jose we decided the time was right to fulfill our dream of living in the beautiful Sierra Foothills more specifically, Pine Mountain Lake.
I have always had an interest in interior decorating and home design and found becoming a real estate professional was a natural extension of that interest. My management experience has been quite an asset in being able to successfully negotiate contracts for my clients.
Living in Groveland within the gated community of Pine Mountain Lake, is a dream come true and I am always sharing the discovery of this area with family, friends and visitors. Many of our friends and family have purchased or are building homes for vacation and retirement. Having the lake and all the outdoor activities have made summers so much fun for the grandchildren who spend each summer with us. I have found the community to be friendly and heartwarming and have made many friends to share in the beauty and fresh air of the foothills.
Come join me at the best kept secret in the Sierra.
